DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No. Maryland is a direct access state meaning you do not need a prescription from a physician to begin physical therapy.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we are a cash based practice and do not take insurance. We will gladly provide invoices for the patient to submit to insurance company for reimbursement themselves.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

After initial contact, an appointment time and place will be establish. New patient intake forms can be found under the  "patient information" tab. The first visit will be used to obtain a detailed history and establish goals for participation in physical therapy.

WHERE DOES PHYSICAL THERAPY TAKE PLACE?

We are a concierge practice and take pride in providing all services in the comforts of your own home or office or place of your choosing.
